Hank is doing fabulous!
We really love him and he is doing great! The other dogs aren’t fond of him however but
he will grow on them!
He went to the vet last week and all is well – he had his vaccines May 3 and will
Have his next set at the end of May. He is very good at remembering to use the paper or
go outside and he loves all his toys especially the furry ones!
He weighs over 6 pounds now and has a great appetite.
Thanks again for him – he is awesome!

Hello,
Kimber is doing good, no problems so far. We just moved into a new house and
Kimber and her sister are getting used to all the space and yard. Her sister is a pug
named Chopper, she is three and a half years old. Kimber has had no health
problems except for 'Cherry Eye', we had surgery to get that fixed. She weighs 28lbs,
full of energy, loves to play, and is the best cuddler in the world. The only downside
to her is that she hogs the bed, but we just bought a king size to give her and
Chopper more room to strech out. We take the to the dogs to the dog park all the
time, in the summer they go to the beach a lot and swim very well. We also took
them to a cabin in the interior of BC last year and they had a blast. Other than her
sister her closest friends are a Rotty named Triton, Min Pin named Lina, Golden
Retriever named Jazz, Choppers blood sister named Gyzmo, and any other dog we
come by. She likes to run, play fetch, swim, and get into trouble. She likes to torment
our cat as well. Kimber is well behaved most of the time, and gived the cutest puppy
dog face in the world. Here are the pictures I have on the computer now, they are
from the day we got her to some more recent. I will take some other new ones soon
and get them to you. I will be bringing both dogs to Beamount this summer, most
likely the last week of August to visit family.

Hi Mark & Debbie,
Things are going great so far... she has been really good about doing her
business outside and has only had a couple of accidents... and we are
quickly learning the signs when she has to go out so it can only get easier.
She's adapting well and has been sleeping with us for the time being. We
figured we'd let her fully integrate with everything before trying her in a
separate bed. Charlie and Mulligan and getting better with her each day too.
I'll send you more in a week or so.
Scott & Stacey Neumann

Hi Mark and Deb!!
Well after a week at home, Gizmo's really adjusting well to his new home! We've
been kennel training, and he's doing better than I would have imagined!! He is a very
intelligent and sweet little guy, and gets along with the rest of the family really well.
Monster, our 4 yr old Boston has been lots of fun and a patient big brother to 'little
Rascal' as I call him. He's chewing on everything he can get his paws on, including
poor Monster lol. Lucy's learned how to carry him properly, and keeps a watchful eye
on her socks and shoes around the house...which is a really good thing!!! Our living
room has never been so clean of toys and books before!! I've attached a couple of
pictures for you. Thanks again for all your support and for the newest addition to our
family. He's such a little sweetie!!!
All the best,
Heidi, Gerry, Lucy, Monster, and Gizmo (Rascal)

I am so sorry that your little guy (and your pocket-book) went
through this.
I got my puppy from another member on this board (Mark & Deb Steeves).
I have a BEAUTIFUL, HEALTHY, SMART, HAPPY, WELL-SOCIALIZED, and, yes,
HUMOROUS Bug. If she could talk, she'd tell jokes all day long. I
would definitely buy from them again (possibly in the coming months,
if all goes well).

Hi Debbie,
Just wanted to thank you for calling me this evening and being so flexible.
You make finding the perfect puppy an easy process; I know my mom will be pleased
we took the time to consider every little detail for her.
I can't wait until I hear from you with regards to very new puppies from Winny! We're
thinking up names already!
Awaiting your phone call... Lainey.
Good Morning Mark,
Here is the e-mail I had sent to your previous. Arnold is still doing great, he is
growing like a weed! He has gained about 3.5 pounds since we brought him home.
He is learning things really quickly and I love taking him out for walks as everyone
that passes him has a huge smile on their face.
Have a great week!
Good Afternoon Mark and Deb,
I thought I would send you an update as to how little Arnold is doing. When I was
driving out to pick him up I was pretty nervous. It is such a big commitment
introducing a puppy into your life and I just hoped that everything would work out
great. From the moment I laid eyes on Arnold I knew that things were going to be
fine. On the drive home he whined a little but quickly fell asleep in his crate. My
boyfriend who grew up on a farm and has never had indoor pets was pretty skeptical
about Arnold coming to live with us. But from the moment he saw him, he was puddy
on the floor. We are both head over heels in love with this little guy! He has fit in so
perfectly with us and we just couldn't be happier. He is a very smart, brave, friendly,
outgoing, sweet little puppy. He is quickly becoming accustomed to life in downtown
Calgary, which can be pretty noisy, but it doesn't seem to phase him at all. I think that
the time he spend with the Steeves family was very valuable time as he is a very well
rounded and socialized pup. He wants to talk to everyone when we go for walks, not
to mention everyone wants to talk to him (it is tough getting anywhere with him
because he is so cute!) He is sleeping through the night, coming when called, and
has "sit" down pat! He is a very healthy puppy as well, the vet was very pleased with
him.
Thank you so much for Arnold, we couldn't be happier with him. I appreciate all your
help and information that you have provided to me regarding Arnold. I can tell how
much your family cares about your dogs and I appreciate the follow up as to how he
is doing. I look forward to keeping in touch with you in the future as Arnold gets
bigger.
I have attached a picture of him at home with us. I will send more as he gets bigger,
as he is doing everyday!
Have a great week and I will be talking with you soon,
Arnold 1 year old

Hello Mark and Deb,
I just wanted to send you an updated picture of Arnold. He has just turned into the
best dog. We are so happy with him.
Thanks,
Jack and I would like to thank you Mark and Deb from the bottom of hearts for Wilbur.
He is truly a special little boy, very intelligent, kind, playful and a HUGE cuddle
monster, but above all his demeanor and behavior show no fear---a good sign that
he came from a very caring and loving home. Oh yes, he has the most beautiful
features, he is absolutely perfect in every way.
Wilbur is growing and getting strong as the days go by and he catches on very
quickly. For example, he knows what kisses are, and I am teaching him to “give me
five.” However, we did have one minor problem the second day, he started to chew
on one of the baseboard corners but a little cayenne on the corner deterred him
instantly and we have had no problems since.
As for walking, Wilbur had his first walk outside with his buddy Wilson. He was a little
hesitant but quickly caught on, he can sure run though but never wonders far from
Jack and I. Wilbur has proven to be a great companion and play buddy for Wilson,
they seem inseparable. As for our two Siamese cats, they are slowly warming up to
him, even though the odd time he tries to playfully chase them. Between me and
you, I think the cats like it.
Overall we could not have asked for a better breeder. I have raved to everyone at work
how wonderful the two of you have been to us. Thank you once again, Deb and Mark
for Wilbur he has eased our family’s pain since Oliver passed away and brought us
so much joy already.
Take care, and please feel free to call us anytime. We would definitely buy another
puppy from the two of you in a heart beat, or for the fact refer anyone to you.
Jack/Christina Goodman.
By the way, Wilbur loves the pink octopus...

These Awesome Folks Couldn't Decied on One So they Got Two!!!!
Moka was the unfortunate victome of our very first episode of Puppy Mange
due to an accidental breeding with our Nugget when she was too young. We are very
happy to announce that all pups have made a complete recovery. We were more
than happy to pay for medication to see the true beauty these pups turned into!
Nugget faired very well and is once again enjoying her youth as a spoiled house dog!
and will not be bred again untill 2009 Spring.

Hi Mark and Deb,
Here are some photos of the wonder Buggs! They are doing great. Moka has a full
head of fur. They are both 9 lbs and full of energy...lots of energy.
We are so glad to have them both. One day we will have to bring them out for a visit.
Have a great day.
