Molly's Biography. Molly was our first experience with Buggs. She came to us through a rescue project. She was the product of a selective breeding kennel that breed pure bred Pugs and Bostons, The product of an accidental breeding that was left alone as a 8 week old puppy to fend for herself in a filthy pen full of Boston Bitches. When we rescued her she was 10 months old, Half eaten, and scared of the world. It was 3 months before her tail wagged for the first time. Despite this horrific start to life, despite everything that she had faced we noticed an intelligent glint in her big brown eyes and a look that said please love me. For the next year we did just that. Our reward was to see her slowly depart from her shell and develop into a truly awesome, very smart, loving, devoted dog. I have owned many great dogs in my 43 years but none so devoted to our family as Molly all she asks for her undevoted love is the occasional cuddle and car ride!! She is very protective and is an awesome companion to our 7 year old son Aksel. Molly is involved with the Waltham Genome study and has been fully screened for genetics. All tests are marked as unremarkable. She is an awesome mom and lives for her puppies. It seems as she is only truly happy when she is with pups!! We breed her twice and hold back on the third. She is large for her breed but throws beautiful pups around the 15 lb. Average weight at full grown. Molly's pups are the foundation of our breeding success. Molly is currently 6 years old and shows no sign of slowing down. She is in top notch breeding shape (Slightly overweight 4-5 lbs) as she throws litters in the 8 to 9 range. Soon to be retired to live out her days laying in the sun surrounded by her grand, children!! We truly owe Molly and she will be properly cared for as our #1 top house dog! |
