Winny's Story

Although Winny does not take a beautiful picture she is
truly a Beautiful dog in every way!! A true hero in every
sense of the word!
And the worlds first Pug Cattle Dog!!
Winny has saved the lives of Sin Sin and Nugget when
they got trapped in a well on 2 separate occasions by
coming and getting us, Believe it or not she was so upset
that she was trying to talk to us and was very insistent
that we come now!!! She took us to the exact spot that
they were trapped! We had to break through a concrete
floor to rescue them.
On top of all this, she is a wonderful nurse dog and has
saved the life of many a puppy by taking over for Mom
when there was not enough room for the runt. She is a
very particular dog and is very much set in her ways. She
has huge issues in that she suffers from terrible
separation anxiety and pees in the house when she is
mad at you. Mostly on Mom's stuff she is totally Mark's
little lover and goes wherever Mark goes, sorta like a
shadow.
I mentioned that she was also very useful as a cattle dog.
We live in Cattle Country Alberta as such we sorta hobby
farm and have a few cows when it's time to work them as
my shadow she always comes with me and is very useful
in herding the cows to the tub pens. I've actually seen her
stand nose to nose with a 1300 lb cow and turn it to
where I wanted it to go!! She has the heart of a lion and
not enough brains to realize that she is only 15lbs.
Actually she is very smart and has unusual ways to
communicate her every need. She has had 2 litters of
some of the most beautiful Bugg puppies we have ever
produced she is an awesome mom and takes very good
care of her little ones. A truly special Pug!!!!
